Anna Grace and Dean hamming it up(Friday, 2/8/08)
Tonight I got both children in the tub after dinner; left them with Neal then went into Dean's room to get his pajamas and church clothes out. While picking clothes I heard - DEAN POOPED! WHAT DO WE DO? WHAT DO WE DO? WHAT DO WE DO? I knew exactly what to do; I started laughing so hard I almost wet my pants. I walked in the bathroom - knowing that "What do we do?" was code for "What are you going to do about this?" - expecting to see a large amount of poop floating in the tub with the children. However what I saw was about a quarter size piece of poop stuck to the bottom of the tub AND Neal standing in the room panicking saying "What do we do?" while flailing his hands in the air. I don't think he appreciated my laughter that was growing by the second.
Dean, our little tub pooperNeal was also not a fan of my solution - bathe the children without disturbing the poop and get them out of the tub. (Keep in mind it was just one little blog that was stuck to the bottom of the tub - not free floating.) Needless to say, I bathed Dean while he bathed Anna Grace. It might very well have been the fastest bath that our children have had.
Neal often says that I get the greatest humor out of his peril. Tonight I fulfilled that statement.

The Corleys thoroughly enjoyed the story. Kevin actually left a little poop in the tub the other day, but I made him clean it up himself. Gotta teach 'em some time. We miss y'all.
