End of a big day
Apparently much fun was had at Big Daddy and Honey's house today. It was a quite car ride home to say the least.

I did have to put the bow back in her hair when I got there - at some point in the day, she got tired of it.
Bow Head Moment
This morning Anna Grace and Dean went to spend the day with Honey. And as of this morning Anna Grace is an official bow head. As you can see from the picture, she is proud of herself.
It will be interesting to see how that bow looks when I pick them up after nap time. Might not be quite as perky as it is now.

To be 95
This past weekend we went to Aunt Weenie's 95th birthday party (Neal's great-aunt). I have been thinking what it must be like to be 95. I can't really imagine other than to say...
When I am 95, Neal will not be 95, Anna Grace will be 65 and Dean will be 63 and the year will be 2070! That is little weird to me.
Here is a picture of Aunt Weenie enjoying her party and cake.

The Hatchetts were in full attendance (sorry but I don't count pets so yes we were all there). And just in case you were wondering Dean is not looking at me - he is checking out his oh so entertaining big sister.

Anna Grace in her usual fashion found water to play with even though the rain had stopped.

Maybe we will have some more pictures from the event to come later so please stay posted.

Egg Hunting Moment

Spring is here
I know it is been a while - probably too long since our last post. There has been so much going on that it is has been hard to stay on top of everything. Here is a quick update on what we've been up too.
Neal went to Spring Training with his dad and brother. He was kind enough to bring back treats for Anna Grace and Dean.

Anna Grace is wearing Dean's shirt with her mouse ears.
(And yes we did let her go to Wal-Mart dressed this way - she fit right in.)
While Neal was in Orlando, the women and children went down to the lake for a little get away of our own.
Chillin on the lawn

And finally...They sleep.

I think that about covers the month of March. I will try to do a better job in April.

Dean has been growing like a weed and exploring things around here. He really wants to start walking but I think it will be a month or so before he is successful.
Anna Grace and Dean spent a week in Gulfport with Juju and Ottie. They learned how much fun bubbles can be. I think I need to go find a bubble machine for hours of bubble chasing fun here.

We were all back together for Easter on the Coast and had a wonderful time. Anna Grace learned that Easter is a celebration of Jesus' resurrection. We practiced saying, "Hallelujah, Jesus is alive!" for days so we would have it down for Easter morning.

Egg hunt time! Anna Grace was all over the place so she was a little hard to photograph. Dean on the other hand took a much more casual approach to hunting eggs.
